What I've learnt in the past year is that one of the happiest moments you can experience in life is when you find the courage to let go of what you can't change, by cutting loose anything that no longer makes you happy. Because sometimes what you're most afraid of doing is the one thing that will set you free. The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything.

Everything you go through grows you in one way or another. The way you react has been repeated thousands of times and it has become a routine for you. You are conditioned to be a certain way. And that is the challenge, to change your normal reactions, to change your routine, to take a risk and make different choices.

Your life is your own. Don't waste it trying to be what everyone else expects you to be. Don't sacrifice your happiness to make someone else happy. Don't give up on your dreams to build other people's. Be who you want to be. Do what you want to do.

Because let's be real, none of us are getting out of here alive, so we may as well just fucking live a little.

People will always have opinions about your choices because they don't have enough balls to take action on their own choices.

Anyone who tells you, you can't is really just saying they can't. Don't listen to these kinds of people because what the hell do they know? Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. If you don't like your job, quit. If you're looking for love, stop. All these things will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.

Stop over analysing. Life is simple. Open your mind, arms and heart to new things and people. Travel often. Because getting lost will help you find yourself. Life is about the people you meet & the things you create, so go out & start creating.

Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you. And don't worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are use to being on is better than the one to come?

At the end of the day, we have to be fearless, we have to take chances. We can't live life being afraid of what comes next. Once you become fearless, life becomes limitless.

Understand that fear is not real. It's a product of the thoughts you create. Danger is real but fear is a choice.

You're not afraid of the dark. You're afraid of what's in it.
You're not afraid of heights. You're afraid of falling.
You’re not afraid of love. You're afraid of not being loved back.
You're not afraid to let go. You're afraid to accept the reality that that person, place and time has been and gone
You're not afraid to try again. You're just afraid to fail again.

Don't feed those fears. Don’t tell yourself you'll do it when you're not so afraid. Because it works the other way around. The 'doing it' comes before the fear goes away.

The only way to get rid of fear is to just go out and do it. Taking chances is really just about overcoming them. Truth is every time you take a risk in life, no matter how it ends, you'll learn something from it. That’s why they’re called lessons.

The fears we don't face, become our limits. Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear. Your mind is your only limit.

So just jump.

Because you don't want to die before you're dead. Instead allow life to take you wherever it chooses to lead you and don't be afraid. Fear is the only thing we should be afraid of. Nothing else.

And to our parents and our loved ones, we know you want the best for us. We know you want us to stop messing around and jump back into 'the real world'. Problem is, once you've seen how things can be and the possibilities that are out there, it's not so easy to come back to a 'normal life' of doing things the way they 'should' be done. So trust and believe that we will work it out and then forgive us while we keep doing life the unconventional way.

So when you're faced with feel. Let yourself feel it. Then ask yourself, what would you do if you weren't afraid?
Then go out and do it.
